Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your Life Book. Because the service includes digital guides delivered instantly and a personalized, made-to-order book, refunds work a little differently than for an off-the-shelf product. Here's how.
Before you've started
If you've ordered but have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital guides, you may request a full refund. Just email us.
Digital guides
The Conversation Guide and Writing Guide are delivered to you immediately. Once they have been downloaded or accessed, they are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned.
Your personalized book
Each book is custom-made from your manuscript. Once production has begun, the order is non-refundable because the book is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Damaged or defective books
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that is our fault, we'll make it right with a reprint or replacement at no cost. Please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How to request a refund
Email hello@memoelle.com with your order details and we'll respond promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Klarna and other payment methods
If you paid with Klarna or another method, approved refunds are processed back through that same method. Your obligations to Klarna are governed by your agreement with them.
